•Level 6 R is usually a wave-and-tempo spell first, because Quinn wins more when she shoves top, takes a bite out of the tower, and only then uses her speed to show up somewhere awkward than when she abandons a neutral lane on cooldown
•Later on, Quinn should match her exposure to her build: burst setups want short touches and exits, crit setups can keep hitting longer, and both play better when they keep recycling marks on targets they can actually stay on than when they force one all-in leap at the backline
